Our approach at Clippers Quay focused on wellness and wellbeing, curating a programme of fitness and lifestyle activations to help residents feel at home, stay active, and connect with their neighbours.
We organised a range of engaging activities, including Yoga sessions, Hula Hooping classes, flower arranging and Bootcamp workouts, creating opportunities for residents to socialise, de-stress, and embrace a healthier lifestyle.
By introducing community-driven experiences, we helped Clippers Quay stand out as more than just a rental destination—it becomes a thriving neighbourhood where people want to stay. The events also attracted new potential residents, allowing them to immerse themselves in the lifestyle and amenities on offer.
In addition to this, we activated empty retail units bringing spaces to life through meanwhile and temporary uses like wellbeing space or for pop-up activations.
