Solid Ground worked on behalf of real estate developers Helical PLC, with CityCo and Manchester’s Business Improvement District (BID) during Halloween in the city – a city-wide inflatable art trail brought to life during the October half term week, to bring one of it’s jawdropping inflatable monsters to 35 Dale Street in 2018.
Solid Ground delivered the marketing for the building at the time on behalf of Helical PLC. The Solid Ground events team liaised with CityCo and the artist Filthy Luker, to assess viability, and bring the monster safely to the building rooftop for the duration of the event. This involved working with the building management and site team on site surveys for weight loading on the rooftop, liaison with the BID and CityCo on marketing, health and safety documentation creation, liaison and operationally arranging and facilitating build, maintenance and de-rig.
