PupCulture’s Howloween Took Over New Bailey with a Day of Spook-tacular Dog Fun
On Saturday 25th October, New Bailey played host to Howloween – our latest PupCulture event, designed especially for city dogs and their humans. From spooky street food to four-legged fancy dress – it was a great day!
Things kicked off with Ghoul School, a seasonal session from dog wellbeing experts Paws and Heal, who shared tips on supporting your pooch through the spooky season – from Halloween door-knocks to Bonfire Night bangs. Our Costume Pawty, hosted by the fabulous Belinda Scandal, saw pups strut their stuff in ghostly, ghoulish, and downright adorable outfits.
Visitors got stuck into pumpkin decorating, with many creating portraits of their pets in squash form. The brilliant Big Manchester Bake ran a Halloween cupcake class and dished out free puppacinos, while our charity partner Manchester & Cheshire Dogs Home popped up with a raffle to raise much-needed funds.
There was delicious street food (for humans) and stalls selling doggie treats, clothing, accessories, food and photos!
The next PupCulture event will be Santa Paws on Saturday 6th December:
