Working alongside Williams Sillitoe, Canning O’Neill and Cushman & Wakefield; Solid Ground will be promoting the current available space at the business park, through a multi-channel marketing strategy. Concentrating on the newly renovated Rowan Court building.

In addition to marketing available space, the new appointment includes occupier engagement. Working with the existing businesses located at Concord Business Park to create a programme of events for 2024 to enliven the business park and create a community which champions sustainability and wellbeing for the people working there.
